- Wear thicker Condoms - a thicker wall can decrease sensitivity to penis.
- Focus on other sexual pleasure
- Behavioral strategies like squeeze method or stop/ start method.
- Anesthetic creams/sprays.
- Oral Medications like antidepressants to delay orgasm.
- Counseling.
