And the next beautiful thing happened to me was my counsellor Dr. Noorain Fareed , she has just sorted things out for me , my life is quite different from the others and so am I and so are my problems (maybe ) but she understood each one of them ! I felt so relieved so happy after that session! It was worth it and Dr.Noorain was amazing!
The time I spent with Noorain Fareed during the session was good. I felt like I was talking to one of my friends. I felt some of the weight I was carrying inside my head was reduced.

I feel light and happy and there is not even a flutter of regret, sorrow, or any of those negative words in my mind anymore, when I look back in my past. I can see only the happy things that happened, even if they seemed of less significance back then. Moreover, I am realizing/learning that no problem or trauma or negativity is bigger than life and that every thought is a choice. It all depends on how I intend/or want to see my surrounding, perceive things and harness emotions. Every day, now, feels like I am forming another elevated rapport with life. I can feel the love I have for my relatives and my uncle finally in a pure way , and now I am as much sure of its truth and trust as my existence in this very moment , for the fears have vanished .
