Implantation bleeding

This is bleeding or spotting which happens after 6to 12 days after ovulation.

This usually occurs at the same time you might be expecting your period.

But implantation bleeding is light pink and watery. It lasts up to 2-3 days.

You may think that your period has started but as it stops you can get a urine pregnancy test done.

Gas or Bloating

In early pregnancy, progesterone increases gradually in the body. This slows down the bowel movements and thus also slows down digestion. As a result, a lot of gas is formed.

Mood Swings

If you are feeling sudden swings in mood that can be due to hormonal changes in the body as it starts preparing for the next 9 months.

Tender Breasts

Changes in breasts start appearing as early as 2 weeks after ovulation. Breasts may become tender or even sore sometimes. They may appear big or you may just feel fuller.

Fatigue

You may feel tired during early pregnancy. Energy levels are affected and you may even feel sleepy or even thirsty.

Nausea

Well, morning sickness is a very common early symptom of pregnancy. But many women can have nausea feeling any time even in the night.

When to get a urine pregnancy test done?

It is very common to get a negative pregnancy test even you are pregnant.

This is just because of low HCG levels in early pregnancy.

In this case, it is advised to repeat the test after 5/6 days.

A blood test for beta HCG can be done to confirm pregnancy.
