The urethra opens on the top of the penis rather than the tip of the penis.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What is Hypospadias?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>It is a common birth defect where the urethra is not located at the tip of the penis. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What are the signs &amp; symptoms: of Hypospadias?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>The urethral opening is found on the dorsum of the penis. <\/li><li>Downward urine spray<\/li><li>Downward curvature of the penis.<\/li><\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What is Paraphimosis?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This happens when the foreskin gets stuck behind the head of the penis. It can\u2019t be pulled back down into a normal position. It is common in boys and older men.
